Our approach to process optimization:

1. actual process analysis

A detailed analysis of all logistics processes, including practical interviews with the responsible employees, is carried out during ongoing operations.

2. results of the process analysis

The identified potentials from the process analysis are presented by SCM PLUS in a structured manner with solution approaches and expert knowledge. Based on this, you receive suggestions for possible alternative courses of action.

3. evaluation of the potentials

Once the results have been presented and a preliminary action plan has been agreed, the individual steps are evaluated together with your project team and the costs are compared with the benefits for each potential. In the event of any individually required/desired additions, a re-evaluation is carried out. This is followed by prioritization and identification of the quick wins.
